User Agreement
on the use of the Iteca.Events information system and mobile application. 

1. General provisions

1.1. This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the Agreement) defines the rules and procedure for the use of information systems and the mobile application "Iteca.Events" (hereinafter referred to as the Information System) between the ITECA Limited Liability Partnership (I T E C A), registered with the tax authority under the number 960140001199 (hereinafter referred to as the Organization) and individuals duly acceded to this Agreement for the use of the Information System "Iteca.Events";

1.2. The Iteca.Events information system is a service for the rapid exchange of contacts and information between users.

1.3. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, the User confirms his consent to the processing by the Organization of his data provided during registration in the Information System in order to fulfill this Agreement.

2. Rights and obligations of the User

2.1. The User undertakes to properly comply with the terms of this Agreement;

2.2. The User undertakes to take appropriate measures to ensure the safety of personal data of other participants and /or visitors and not to transfer personal data to third parties without the consent of the subject of personal data, unless otherwise provided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal data and their protection".

2.3. The User undertakes not to use the Information System for any other purposes aimed at collecting personal data without the consent of another User or other actions that are illegal, fraudulent, discriminatory;

2.4. The User has the right to send a written request to the Organization with a request to destroy his personal data;

3. Rights and obligations of the Organization

3.1. The organization undertakes to comply with the principles and rules of personal data processing in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal data and their protection", upon written request of the user to destroy his personal data from the database;

3.2. The Organization undertakes to respond to feedback, suggestions, User requests and provide a response to the received request;

3.3. The Organization has the right to send the User information about the functioning of the Information System in any way, including sending advertising, informational and other messages to the phone number, e-mail, if it is specified by the User as a method of communication with him.

4. The composition of the processed personal data of the User

The information system processes the following personal data:

- last name, first name;

- mobile phone number;

- position;

- email address;

- exhibition badge number (E-Ticket);

- information about yourself.

5. Processing purposes

Personal data is processed for the purpose of providing and using the Iteca.Events information system.

6. How we receive personal data

You can provide us with your personal data yourself by registering on the Iteca.events websites

7. To which third parties the user's personal data may be transferred

The organization has the right to entrust the processing of personal data to another person who can scan the badge at an exhibition and congress event with the consent of the subject himself, by voluntarily transferring his badge, unless otherwise provided by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their Protection". The person processing personal data provided for by the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Personal Data and their protection" is obliged to comply with the principles and rules of personal data processing. The processing order defines the list of actions with personal data that will be performed by the person processing personal data and the purposes of processing, establishes the obligation of such a person to respect the confidentiality of personal data and ensure the security of personal data during their processing, and also specifies the requirements for the protection of processed personal data.

8. Cross-border transfer of personal data

ITECA LLP (I T E C A) has the right to carry out cross-border transfer of personal data on the territory of foreign states that are parties to the Council of Europe Convention on the Protection of Individuals and Automated Processing of Personal Data, as well as other foreign states that provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects in accordance with contracts concluded with the organizers of the exhibition andcongress events.

9. Final provisions

This Agreement may be amended and/or supplemented by the Organization. Appeals, proposals and claims of individuals and legal entities to the Organization related to the content and functioning of the Information System, violations of the rights and interests of Users and/or third parties, the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as for requests of persons authorized by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan may be sent to the Organization's email address: This email address is being protected from spambots.
