NEW DEVELOPMENTS IN THE CONSTRUCTION, ARCHITECTURAL, AND DESIGN INDUSTRIES AT KAZBUILD 2022
The 28th Kazakhstan International Construction and Interiors Exhibition KazBuild will open its doors on September 7-9 at the Atakent Exhibition Center in Almaty.
Specialists of construction and interior industries will meet on the same platform with domestic and international producers of services and products, representatives of industry unions and associations, as well as supervising departments of the state apparatus. According to statistics from the National Statistics Bureau of Kazakhstan, in January-June 2022, a total of 100.5% of residential buildings were commissioned compared to the same period last year. Currently, construction in Kazakhstan is one of the industries that receive significant attention from the state. The Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the participation of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan continues to develop a set of measures to support the construction industry in the current macroeconomic and geopolitical situation. According to experts' opinions, in the near future, the active phase of construction growth in Kazakhstan will be continued, which determines the importance of holding the industry exhibition event in Kazakhstan.
In this regard, the KazBuild exhibition site will become a place of demonstration of construction and interior industry innovations, as well as a productive dialogue platform for all market participants to identify further development prospects for the construction and housing sectors of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The exhibitors in 2022 are more than 150 companies from 18 countries (Azerbaijan, Belgium, Germany, Denmark, India, Spain, Italy, Kazakhstan, South Korea, Malaysia, Poland, Portugal, Russia, USA, Turkey, Finland, France, UAE). The participants will traditionally present building materials and equipment, form systems, finishing materials, window technology, ceramics and stone, paint products, smart locks and devices, roofing and facade materials and much more. The growing interest in the event is evidenced by the number of exhibitors who are first-time exhibitors with stands - it is more than 50 companies, including 17 manufacturers of ceramic tiles from India, 9 manufacturers of building equipment from Europe and Russia. Technosonus and StandardPlast plants will present soundproofing materials, and Bastau Almaty company will introduce the audience with novelties of window profile of domestic production at its stand.
The KazBuild exhibition plays a key role in attracting international companies to the Kazakhstan market, expanding geography and business cooperation. Thus, the National groups of Germany, Malaysia and Poland will present innovative solutions in the construction industry. Producers from Spain, India and 9 regions of Russia will make collective expositions.
The following companies have already confirmed their participation in KazBuild 2022: Mesa Ltd, Mir Parketa, Shnell, Timberstone, Verdes, PolymerMetal-T, ASG, Convergent, Sloplast, Eglo Kazakhstan, 3D Krestiki, as well as the varnish and lacquer plants such as Panda Paints, Raduga and Beliy Dom. The partner of the Lakokraska sector is the Kazakh manufacturer Eurotech Industries with its Viking brand.
For the first time at KazBuild, a new project for real estate developers in Kazakhstan called Real Estate Alley will be presented. This is a new professional platform, where a wide range of urban and suburban real estate and unique proposals from the leading real estate developers of Kazakhstan will be presented. K7 Group, Atrix Story, Barys Stroy 2001 and others have already confirmed their participation.
Global trends, new accents in interior design, and non-trivial solutions will be demonstrated during a new atmospheric session - Design Fest by the Association of Designers and Architects of Kazakhstan.
An extensive business program at KazBuild 2022 will include practical seminars by KAZGOR DA, the Union of Architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Association of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Union of Builders Republican Association of Legal Entities and other professional participants in the construction industry of Kazakhstan.
The 14th International Exhibition of household and industrial equipment for heating, water supply, plumbing, air conditioning and ventilation Aquatherm Almaty 2022 will be held concurrently at the same site.
The organizer of the events is Iteca Kazakhstan exhibition company. Official support for the events is provided annually by the Almaty City Akimat. The event is also supported by professional associations of Kazakhstan: Union of Builders of Kazakhstan, Association of Architects, Designers and other professional participants of the construction industry, KAZGOR Design Academy, Union of Architects of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Association of Designers of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
