True to tradition, the event will bring together leading manufacturers, distributors, and industry professionals under one roof.

National groups from Germany, Iran, the UAE, and Poland have already confirmed their participation, alongside collective showcases from manufacturers representing Azerbaijan, China, and Russia.

The exhibitor line-up includes well-known companies such as Aluminstroy, And Asia, Bastau Almaty, Bongioanni Macchine, Galaksi Group, Gipsovinyl, Sultan Ceramic, Döcke Asia, Clea, Simons Werk, Kinlong, among others. Each year, the exhibition welcomes debutants to its ranks — this year, first-time exhibitors include Ecoplit (Uzbekistan), Acoustic Materials (Kazakhstan), IEK Group (Russia), Taiss SRL (Italy), Durable Stone (Uzbekistan), Felo (Germany), Eweca (Netherlands), Brodreskift Tech (Norway), TD Zangar (Kazakhstan), and FK Kunstsoffe (Kazakhstan). They will showcase advanced solutions in construction and finishing materials, equipment, lighting, and window systems – underlining the exhibition’s global scale and innovative potential.

Special attention will be given to a newly introduced pavilion featuring an extensive display by leading manufacturers of window-profile technologies. This will position KazBuild 2025 as a key platform for presenting the latest developments and solutions. Expanded exhibition space will enable even more innovative products and integrated solutions to be showcased, while also broadening the geography of participants and creating a comfortable environment for business networking, meetings with potential partners, and signing mutually beneficial agreements.

In the context of Kazakhstan’s dynamic construction sector, events like KazBuild serve as an essential catalyst for professional dialogue and market transformation. The exhibition not only highlights new products and cutting-edge technologies but also helps forge partnerships, facilitate knowledge sharing, and connect suppliers and contractors.

According to official sources, including the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the construction sector accounts for over 6% of the country’s GDP. In 2024 alone, Kazakhstan commissioned 19.1 million square meters of housing – a 13.2% increase compared to 2023 – while investment in construction surpassed 4 trillion tenge, setting a new record. These figures highlight the strong demand for modern building materials and technologies, as well as the importance of events that help shape the professional community and strengthen international cooperation.

The Ministry of Industry and Construction of RoK reports that in the medium term, Kazakhstan plans to commission at least 18–20 million square meters of housing annually, modernize infrastructure, and implement large-scale projects for industrial and social facilities. Key drivers include government housing programs such as Nurly Zher, the industrialization of the construction sector, and the introduction of green and energy-efficient technologies.

These trends are reflected directly in the concept of KazBuild 2025. The participation of leading manufacturers and innovative companies makes it possible to offer solutions that meet the growing demands of the market and support the country’s path toward sustainable development.

Taking part in KazBuild 2025 provides unique opportunities to strengthen market positions, find new partners, and present products and solutions to a wide professional audience.

In parallel with KazBuild, the 17th International Exhibition for Domestic and Industrial Heating, Water Supply, Sanitary Technologies, Air Conditioning, and Ventilation – Aquatherm Almaty 2025 – will be held.

KazBuild 2025 is officially supported by the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Almaty, trade missions, and diplomatic representatives. The events are organized by Kazakhstan’s exhibition company Iteca and its international partner, ICA Events Group.
