FROM MAY 29 TO MAY 31, 2024, THE 24TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR EXHIBITION - ASTANABUILD 2024 WAS HELD AT THE EXPO INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTER IN ASTANA.
94 COMPANIES FROM 9 COUNTRIES PRESENTED THEIR INNOVATIVE SOLUTIONS, UNIQUE MATERIALS AND NEW PRODUCTS IN THE FIELD OF CONSTRUCTION AND DESIGN AT THE ASTANABUILD 2024 EXHIBITION: BELARUS, GERMANY, INDIA, KAZAKHSTAN, CANADA, CHINA, RUSSIA, UZBEKISTAN, UKRAINE.
Among the exhibitors in 2024, 53% are foreign companies, which confirms the significance of the expo event on the international platform. 47% of the stands were organized by Kazakhstani companies, which included both domestic manufacturers and distributors. The number of debutants amounted to 44% of the total number of participants, this indicates the growing importance and attractiveness of the exhibition as a platform for business promotion, exchange of experience and establishment of new partnerships. The three days of the exhibition were intense, participation brought results. The participants say:
- The exhibition made a very good impression on me, very large and beautiful stands, many manufacturers, both domestic and foreign, were represented. We receive a lot of interesting information. The exhibition is very rich and contrasting; the stands are presented with very interesting solutions. Next year we will form a budget and most likely we will set a budget for the AstanaBuild 2025 exhibition, because we really liked it here, it was very productive and we saw great potential”, said Mikhail Pichkunov, Commercial Director of JUNG Central Asia.
For the first time, Qorgau, Belintegra, Bwt Barrier Rus, Selena Ca, Comfort Engineering NT, Letina, Sonex, Aluminstroy Kazakhstan, Meesenburg Kazakhstan, Solardzhi 18, Tas Kilem, Yumags presented their unique products and advanced solutions in the field of construction. Manufacturers of construction and finishing materials from regions of the Russian Federation presented collective stands, and manufacturers from China took part in the joint exposition. A new feature of the 2024 exposition was a gallery of ceramics and stone from manufacturers from Indian, Kazakhstani and Ukrainian companies.
In just three exhibition days, 1,700 specialized specialists became unique visitors. Thanks to the exhibition, visitors learned the latest trends in the construction and design industry, received advice and recommendations from experts by attending business program events, and also established valuable contacts with participants. Visitors see opportunities to develop and expand their business, and perceive the exhibition as an effective platform for promoting their goods and services.
-We are visiting the exhibition for the first time and are very pleased because we have found many companies and partners that will allow us to develop. We learned a lot of interesting and valuable information. We had productive meetings with two supplier companies. Such exhibition events greatly contribute to the development of the industry and are necessary to show potential clients your products - Yelena shared her impressions.
All days of the exhibition were filled with eventful business program events. On May 29, a round table “Prospects for automated verification of projects developed using information modeling technology (BIM)” was held from the Gosexpertiza RSE. Next, a discussion took from State Research and Design Institute JSC. On May 30, master classes from the Professional TANU Association (Association of Architects and Designers) aroused great interest. On May 31, the attention of the audience was attracted by the Conference: “Development of construction business in a growing market” from the Union of Builders of Kazakhstan Republican Public Association.
