KEY EVENT FOR THE REGION'S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY — ASTANABUILD 2025 TO GATHER PARTICIPANTS FROM 9 COUNTRIES
ASTANA, KAZAKHSTAN — FROM 28 TO 30 MAY 2025, THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL BUILDING & INTERIORS EXHIBITION ASTANABUILD 2025 WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE “EXPO” EXHIBITION CENTER — THE KEY EVENT FOR THE REGION’S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY.
This year, the exhibition will unite 98 companies from 9 countries: Kazakhstan, Germany, Spain, Italy, China, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan, and South Korea. Of these, 59 are international participants, highlighting the growing interest of foreign manufacturers in the Central Asian market.
Particular attention will be drawn to the collective pavilions of Germany, Russia, and China, with Germany presenting its national pavilion for the first time. The exhibition area has grown by 35% compared to last year.
AstanaBuild 2025 exhibitors will showcase a wide range of solutions and technologies in the fields of civil and industrial construction, architecture and design, finishing and construction materials, engineering systems, smart construction, and digitalization of construction processes.
Business Program Focus for 2025: Digitalization and Industry Development.
On May 28, the session of the RSE "State Expertise" titled "Digital Platforms in Construction" will take place. Among the speakers are representatives of the RSE "GosGradKadastr", JSC "KazNIISA", JSC "Kazakhstan Housing Company", as well as representatives of IT startups.
The Association of Developers of Kazakhstan will host a session on "Legislative Changes in 2025". During their presentations, speakers will address current amendments to the Tax and Construction Codes, as well as discuss pressing issues and challenges in the construction market.
A keynote address will be delivered by Bakhytzhan Muratovich Zhunisbekov, Chairman of the Committee for Construction and Housing and Utilities under the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who will outline the major changes being introduced under the new draft of the Construction Code. Additional speakers will include representatives of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs "Atameken". May 29 will continue with a series of TANU masterclasses on topics such as personal brand development, working with influencers, education, design startups, and more.
On the final day, a masterclass by business consultant Natalia Elistratova titled: “What and How to Calculate in Construction to Grow Net Profit” will take place. Participants will learn the key differences between cash flow and profit, discover six indicators of quality financial accounting, receive a step-by-step guide to auditing their own business, and learn how to identify truly profitable business areas. Special attention will be given to strategy development based on hard numbers rather than intuition. The masterclass will conclude with a real business case study: “Turnover in Billions, but Profit in the Red — Why and What to Do?” including actionable insights and tools for improving business health.
