KIOSH 2025: TIME FOR NEW SOLUTIONS FOR A SECURE FUTURE
FROM MAY 28 TO MAY 30, 2025, THE 13TH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE AND EXHIBITION ON OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND INDUSTRIAL SAFETY - KIOSH 2025 WILL BE HELD AT THE EXPO INTERNATIONAL EXHIBITION CENTER IN ASTANA.
In 2025, which has been declared the Year of Working Professions in Kazakhstan, KIOSH is becoming particularly important, emphasizing the role of safe working conditions and modernizing approaches to training specialists. Industry leaders, international experts, government officials and business representatives will be united at the KIOSH exhibition and conference.
Exhibitors 2025 91 companies from 12 countries, including Belarus, Belgium, Germany, India, Kazakhstan, China, Latvia, Pakistan, Russia, Romania, Turkey, United Kingdom. Of these, 38 companies will present their developments for the first time. The participants will demonstrate a wide range of products, from the latest PPE and monitoring tools to digital technologies and staff training programs. For the first time, a fashionable demonstration of workwear will be held, as well as a special platform showing safe work at height. A distinctive feature of this year’s exhibition will be the holding of the business program in two seminar areas at once. The Republican Research Institute for Labor Protection of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RNRIOT) will hold a number of practical seminars, sessions, workshops and master classes, and seminars from exhibiting companies and partners will be held in the second seminar area for three days. The ERG Corporate University Security Academy will present unique content and conduct a mini-training course on “First Aid” and a mini-training course on “Security Communications”.
The KIOSH 2025 conference program has been expanded and will be held during all three days of the exhibition. The key event will be a strategic plenary session on: “The future of occupational safety and industrial safety: strategies, trends and innovative solutions”. Representatives of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Association of Mining and Metallurgical Enterprises, KAZENERGY, RoSPA (Great Britain), as well as the largest industrial companies in Kazakhstan will take part in the discussion.
The KIOSH conference includes 10 thematic sessions: from the digitalization of production control to the development of a corporate safety culture. The program of the first day will open with a discussion on the transformation of the system of professional competencies in the field of occupational Safety and health, and then participants will consider the impact of AI, Big Data and digital solutions on occupational safety. After the coffee break, the focus will shift to occupational health issues and new industry challenges. In the afternoon, sessions on international injury prevention standards will be held, and the day will end with a meeting of technogenic safety specialists with the support of Atameken National Chamber of Entrepreneurs.
The second day of the KIOSH 2025 conference in partnership with ERG will be devoted to the development of a safety culture and modern approaches to risk management. The discussion will cover the transition from inspection control to employee engagement, digitalization of risk assessment, as well as effective communication and training of specialists in accordance with the requirements of the future. During the sessions, practices on occupational safety and industrial safety from foreign and industrial companies in Kazakhstan will be reviewed. On May 29 and 30, interactive business games SAFETY GAMES will be held, simulating real production situations and teaching effective actions in conditions of risk.
