THE ANNIVERSARY INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR EXHIBITION ASTANABUILD 2025 HAS OPENED IN ASTANA
ASTANA, MAY 28, 2025 — THE 25TH ANNIVERSARY KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL CONSTRUCTION AND INTERIOR EXHIBITION ASTANABUILD 2025 HAS STARTED TODAY AT THE EXPO EXHIBITION CENTER.
The exhibition brought together 99 companies from 9 countries — Kazakhstan, Germany, Spain, Italy, China, Russia, Belarus, Uzbekistan and South Korea. The visitors were particularly interested in the collective expositions of companies from Germany, Russia and China. At the same time, Germany presented a collective stand for the first time, which became a significant event for the international part of the exposition.
From early morning, there was a lot of excitement and lively business communication in the pavilions: specialists, representatives of manufacturing companies and distributors actively got acquainted with the exposition, discussed industry innovations, exchanged contacts and suggestions. The visitors showed great interest in the innovative technologies presented at the stands, including a wide range of modern solutions and technologies in the field of civil and industrial construction, architecture and design, finishing materials, engineering systems, as well as smart construction and digitalization of processes.
The business program for 2025 focuses on digitalization and industry development. On the very first day, a session of the RSE State expertise was held on the topic “Digital platforms in construction”, which brought together leading experts in the field of digital technologies, BIM modeling and state expertise. The event opened with a welcoming speech by the moderator, Salamat Serikhaliyev, Deputy Director General for Digitalization at RSE “State expertise”. During the session, key digital solutions and projects aimed at increasing transparency, efficiency and manageability of construction processes were presented. During the discussion, speakers from RSE “GosGradKadastr”, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC and Kazakh Scientific Research and Design Institute of Construction and Architecture JSC talked about the possibilities of the Geoinformation Portal of the Urban Cadastre, the functionality of the Portal for design and expertise, digital services of their organizations, as well as the experience of implementing the eQurylys system for monitoring construction.
In the afternoon, as part of the business program, a session from the Association of Developers of Kazakhstan was held on changes in legislation in 2025. The central event of the meeting was the speech of Bakhytzhan Muratovich Zhunisbekov, Chairman of the Committee on Construction and Housing of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In his report, he highlighted in detail the key changes being implemented as part of the draft new Building Code. Special attention was paid to measures to simplify regulatory procedures, increase transparency of construction activities and create more favorable conditions for market participants. Zhunisbekov stressed the importance of constructive dialogue between the government and business in the process of reforming the industry and expressed readiness for further cooperation with the professional community.
As part of the business program, a rich cycle of master classes was held from the TANU Association of Architects and Designers. During the day, leading Kazakhstani experts shared their practical knowledge about career development in design, personal brand, working with international publications, digital tools and interacting with influencers. The event brought together a wide audience of professionals interested in current trends and effective approaches in the field of interior design.
On May 29, the TANU Association of Architects and Designers will continue a series of practical seminars, from legal aspects to the use of neural networks in design. And on May 30, the business program will be completed by Natalya Yelistratova’s master class “What and how to count in construction in order to grow a net profit”, with a detailed analysis of the real case.
AstanaBuild 2025 is held with the support of the Ministry of Industry and Construction of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Akimat of Astana, the Committee for Construction and Housing and Communal Services, as well as other relevant departments.
